Whether you're looking to automate a simple machine or a complex plant area, you need components that are easy to integrate into existing systems and that are straightforward to install and commission. Asco Numatics pneumatic valve islands achieve this, and help you avoid costly delays in engineering.

Developed from the company's experience in fluid automation, the valve islands are safe for use in hazardous and non-hazardous environments, and in high or low demand process and automation applications such as food and beverage, pharmaceutical and packaging. Tested and proven over millions of cycles, they can be installed with the confidence that they will perform time after time.

Designed with practicality in mind, Asco Numatics valve islands include high-end features such as digital displays to make commissioning and fault diagnosis easier. Completely modular, the G3 product line uses an innovative clip design to allow swift removal and replacement without dismantling the whole manifold. The graphic display provides clear feedback when commissioning valves, allowing you to speed up the commissioning process. Faults are quicker to diagnose, meaning you can get up and running again much faster.

New to the proven valve island range is a 501 cabinet mounted solution. Asco Numatics says it is suitable for any application requiring a cost effective, space spacing solution in damp or harsh environments, for example areas with high exposure to chemicals or cleaning fluids. In addition, the cabinet mounted solution protects against the widest temperature range on the market, from as low as -10°C up to +50°C.
