Greater safety, less weight, increased versatility

Greater safety, less weight, increased versatility MK has achieved a hat trick with the new roller conveyer system RBS-P 2255 gravity roller conveyer, RBT-P 2255 tangential chain roller conveyer and RBM-P 2255 motor rollers roller conveyer. The system combines not only three types of drives but also offers essential new features in three aspects. The gravity roller conveyer, which can now already be used at a gradient of up to 3 degrees. In the second variant, the "T" in the abbreviation stands for tangential chain drive. It achieves constant speeds up to 30m/min whereby the drive is sufficient for a conveyer distance of ten metres. In this way the investment costs for very long conveyors can be lowered. Also the operating costs are lower because the cost of energy is reduced by using fewer drive units. The third model RBM is a motor roller conveyer in which a centrally placed motor drives ten individual rollers by means of round belts. The very compact conveyor gives the possibility of variable transportation speeds of up to 70m/min. The three models are are based on the MK 2255 profile and can thus be easily combined with each other. The single profile means leaner processes from storage to production and thus lowered costs. But much work has also gone into the details. Thus, the tangential chain of the RBT model is now integrated into the side guide - chain guide and access protection are thus unified. This means less material, less weight and increased security.
