Industry standard profiles at very competitive prices
Whatever your requirements for aluminium profile, KJN has a solution, with cost-effective profiles and accessories in ranges that are fully compatible with industry standard products.
Whether you're building a single machine, a series, or a platform that can be easily adapted to a number of different machine variations, the frame for that machine is a key consideration. While a bespoke fabrication is one possible route, increasingly it is extruded aluminium profile that is the favoured option - and with good reason. Aluminium profile is strong, but offers a very high level of flexibility thanks to the wide range of detachable connections that are available. With no welding and no painting, aluminium profile-based frameworks are quick to assemble, flexible enough to enable easy customisation to specific requirements, and simple to modify if changes are required at a later stage.
This flexibility has dramatically increased the number of applications for aluminium profile, seeing it used everywhere from point of sales through to full factory production lines. It provides a highly cost-effective for frameworks in workstations, assembly benches, enclosures and test stations, and it can also be used to develop protective barriers and machine guarding systems. Really, its applications are virtually limitless.
Established in 1997, initially specialising in precision engineering, KJN has a wealth of experience in supplying extruded aluminium profile, accessories and associated products to customers across all sectors of industry, including automotive, medical, aerospace, military, food, pharmaceuticals and electronics. Operating from recently rennovated premises in Leicester, the company stocks an extensive range of aluminium profile sizes (including 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 80, 90 and 100mm), and supplies this cut to length at no extra charge. All of the company's profiles have T grooves for easy assembly, with this 'endless slot' design saving time and minimising risk during construction, production and assembly. All aluminium profile accessories and connections are designed as user-friendly joints; this shortens assembly times because no time-consuming grinding or painting is required. As part of its service offering, KJN can also supply end finishes to your profile, with milling, drilling or threaded holes.
Importantly, KJN profiles are fully compatible with industry standard products, whilst delivering significant cost savings and the benefits of stock availability and the company's cut-to-length service. The BR range of profiles, in 6, 8 and 10mm slot sizes, is fully compatible with the Bosch Rexroth range, while the ITM range of profiles, in 5, 6 and 8mm slot sizes, is compatible with the Item Profile range.
