Configurable upper housing parts BC 35,6 and 53,6 for Push-in connection
Phoenix Contact is extending the BC modular housing series to include upper housing parts with widths of 35.6 and 53.6 mm. Configurable upper parts are now available for overall widths of 35.6 mm, 53.6 mm, 71.6 mm, 107.6 mm, and 161.6 mm.

By using the SPT-THR series PCB terminal blocks, users benefit from the convenient operation of the Push-in connection technology on the front of the housing. The standard-compliant DIN rail housings are ideal for use in distribution boards in accordance with DIN 43880.
Every housing chamber can be designed individually using the online configurator to meet all device requirements. In addition, device developers save valuable time since the design of the configurable upper parts has already been matched perfectly to the Push-in PCB terminal blocks of the SPT-THR 1,5 and 2,5 series.
The upper parts with a width of 53.6 mm provide space for up to 48 positions: 1.5 mm2 or up to 16 positions: 2.5 mm2. The Push-in connection on the front enables convenient and tool-free wiring and ensures permanent and vibration-resistant contacting. The upper housing parts are prepared for use with the KNX bus.
