Debut for hand held screw driving system
An innovative hand held or fixed, blow-fed, screw driving system that can take out cost and optimise manufacturing processes has been developed by international fastening and assembly technology specialist Bollhoff.
The compact and robust UNIQUICK-Basic rapid screwdriver is available with either torque or depth shut off and with electric or hydraulic power options. The screw driving system is part of a range of tools that extend from hand held to automatic screw feeding and fully automatic operation.
Easily integrated into existing manufacturing processes UNIQUICK is suitable for use with Phillips, slotted, hexagon, hexagon socket and Torx screws as well as thread forming metal and wood screws.
Bollhoff has extensive capabilities to provide tailored fastening solutions, which are utilised by project and design engineers across many industries to optimise application requirements. The range of products includes RIVNUT and RIVSTUD blind rivet nuts and studs, RIVSET self-pierce rivets, RIVTAC high speed, one sided, multi-material tacks and the RIVCLINCH system for joining sheet materials without the need for fasteners.
