M Barnwell Services has installed a new seal maker at its Smethwick headquarters. The CNC machine can manufacture urgent or special seals in a wide range of profiles and a variety of materials, including Nitrile, FPM, Silicone, EPDM, PTFE and Polyacetal. Seals up to 420mm outer diameter can be made on site and larger sizes can also be produced quickly if required. Barnwell offers customers a rapid turn round on seals made on the machine and a full CAD design service and technical advice is available. There is no minimum quantity, no minimum start up charge and no tooling limitations.
