Parker Hannifin will highlight its fuelling technologies designed to meet the evolving needs of the aviation industry at inter airport Europe 2025, the world's premier exhibition for airport equipment, technology, design, and services.
The acquisition of Meggitt in 2022 has expanded Parker's product portfolio within the aviation hydrant system market, combining Parker Velcon's Aviation Jet Fuel Filtration Systems with Parker Meggitt's Ground Fuelling Products.
The spotlight will be on Parker Meggitt's new F145-3 Pressure Refuelling Nozzle. This nozzle is smaller and lighter than previous models, yet maintains robust durability and provides a positive, leak-tight connection to aircraft adapters during fuelling operations, enhancing safety and efficiency on the tarmac.
Other Parker Meggitt products on display will include a selection of core products installed on aviation refueller vehicles, such as the F239-1 Hydrant Coupler and the F117 Heavy Duty Pressure Refuelling Nozzle. In addition to these products, Parker Meggitt will exhibit their Hydrant Pit Box solution, which includes the Hydrant Pit Box Hydrant Valve and Under-Hydrant Ball Valve. This comprehensive offering provides a turnkey solution for global hydrant system construction projects.
Filtration products on display will be the CDFX SAP-Free Water Barrier from the well-known Velcon brand. This is a multi-mountable refuelling system qualified to EI-1588 second edition standards and approved by JIG/A4A/CSA for use with all aviation fuels and aircraft types. The CDFX-B a drop-in solution containing innovative technology that effectively removes water and dirt from aviation fuel and designed to replace the SAP monitors, ensuring fuel purity and protecting aircraft engines, while saving time and reducing operational costs.
"We're proud to bring our latest innovations to inter airport Europe, showcasing how Parker is elevating fuelling technology to new heights," said Pavlos Papadopoulos, global market manager, Hydraulic and Industrial Process Filtration EMEA at Parker Hannifin. "Our comprehensive range of aviation solutions - from refined fuel applications to flight control components and hydraulics - demonstrates our commitment to advancing safety, efficiency, and sustainability in the aviation sector."
Visitors will also have the opportunity to engage with industry experts and discover how Parker's advanced technologies can address their fuelling challenges and optimise airport operations.
