High quality combined with high availability for Powell lenses
In addition to its laser modules, the Laser Components now also offers Powell lenses produced in house. These components are required to shape the laser light into perfect lines with homogeneous intensity distribution. The company says that its in-house manufacturing ensures that high availability can be guaranteed at all times.
Laser Components supplies lenses with substrates that are 6mm and 9mm in diameter. Customers are free to select the fan angle in a range between 1° and 90° and thus adapt the line length exactly to their application. The manufacturer also demonstrates its flexibility in the diameter of the input beam.
Laser Components guarantees a consistently high quality of lenses, which are also used in its own successful Flexpoint laser modules.
