Minitec develops and supplies 9 metre conveyor system

Included in the design, is a hard-wearing belt to cope with transporting the metal parts onto the frame, which is itself made up of MiniTec parts ranging from 25mm diameter x 25mm long to 60mm diameter x 100mm long. The height adjustable guide rails were also manufactured to be well-equipped to cope with the demanding production requirements and variety of parts which will pass over them.

The engineers have also taken into account the customer’s long-term strategy and ensured the system could cope with increased production with an automated solution for the cutting and sorting process.
