New hinge concept increases flexibility
The team at FDB Panel Fittings has found that hinge solutions for construction of electrical and 19in industrial cabinets require a high degree of design flexibility in combination with stability and security during operation. It was from this close relationship with the specialist panel industry that the new ‘pop and click’ lift-off door hinge was developed.
Not only is fitting and removal toolless and remarkably quick, providing easy door removal, but it also retains the hinge pin – so no more having to keep track of fiddly pins. Hinge release is readily achieved with complete security of the installation by virtue of an innovative finger slide mechanism.
