Aircraft engine manufacturer JSC NPO Saturn has selected the comprehensive suite of multiphysics products from Ansys to accelerate its product innovation initiatives. The Russian-based company plans to use simulation software from Ansys mainly in the area of aircraft engine design. It also expects to tackle applications such as gas turbine engines for power generation.
