Safe, reliable, leak-free pumping of thin liquids with side channel pumps
When fluids handling applications require safe and reliable pumping of thin, low viscosity liquids, such as liquefied gases or refrigerants the new Dickow WPM Series are an ideal choice. Available from pump specialist Michael Smith Engineers these new options of self-priming, horizontal, side-channel pumps are suitable for handling clean liquids without solids in chemical and petrochemical industry applications.
The magnet drive single or multi-stage side channel design of the WPM Series pump enables safe, leak-free pumping of thin liquids at 4 pole speeds of high differential heads up to 150 metres covering flow rates from around 2 lit/min up to 40 lit/min. Compared to standard centrifugal pumps they offer more economical pumping when the combination of low capacities and high heads is required.
