There is no strain with the Igus Strainwave gear
The new generation of the strain wave gear from Igus is low cost, self-lubricating and polymer. With high efficiency, no lubrication and its lightweight design, the dry running strain wave gear is a welcomed addition to the drygear family.
In its latest video of the week, Igus shows how easy it to assemble and how the compact design fits together perfectly with a NEMA17 stepper motor. Igus can also offer one of its drylin dryve controllers to complete the package.
