Westermo Awarded EcoVadis Platinum Medal

EcoVadis assesses companies across four areas: environment, labor and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. Its ratings are used by organisations around the world to evaluate sustainability performance within their supply chains.

The Platinum rating offers clear and independently assessed evidence of Westermo's responsible business practices. This can support supplier qualification and evaluation, simplify the collection of sustainability information during procurement, and contribute to customers' own reporting and supply-chain risk management processes. The recognition is particularly relevant for organisations operating critical infrastructure, where long-term supplier reliability, responsible sourcing and transparent business practices are increasingly important procurement considerations.

Alongside Westermo's focus on robust and reliable industrial networking solutions, the assessment gives customers greater transparency when selecting technology partners for long-term infrastructure projects.

Westermo's latest result represents an improvement from its previous silver rating in 2025 to Platinum. It reflects continued efforts to reduce environmental impact, strengthen responsible sourcing and systematically improve sustainability performance across the business.
