Automated inspection

NeuroCheck gives the vision developer hundreds of combinable functions, each one of these can be configured by wizards that then lead the user to different parameters setups to obtain the desired image analysis result. In more complex cases, it allows the user to add further functions generated in C as DLLs, and enables the expert developer to carry into the system new algorithms to realise unusual and specific tasks. The derived software (check routine) has a hierarchical structure, where each individual check usually corresponds to the inspection task of one camera. The individual check can then be imported from one routine to another one, allowing the creation of a library of functions that can be re-used to solve the more frequent analysis tasks.

All NeuroCheck visualisation functions are based on the HTML standard; these functions allow the easy creation of automatic screens that will then perfectly fit the operator's needs. The HTML standard also allows the user to include in a check routine the documentation for the system and also the check routine parameters making it easier for subsequent developers to modify the system.
