Cable carriers for office and interior applications

The PROTUM Office series for office workstations from Kabelschlepp Metool has a modular structure and can be perfectly adapted to the conditions at hand with the flexible modular system.

New elements now offer additional possibilities for individual design, while the essential advantages for customers remain unchanged: the linkless cable carriers are easy to install and operate with little noise. The elegant design allows for neat and visually pleasing integration into (office) furniture.

A base module (side band) with extreme retaining force is the foundation of the system. The cable carrier width can be increased by combining modules. New connections offer additional installation options: they are equipped either with the proven magnet system or designed for fastening with screws, adhesive or clips. Short and long connectors are available for fastening to flat and round surfaces. The system can be installed with magnets or with adhesive pads, which can be removed without tools and leave no residue.

New options are available for connecting to round and rectangular tables: new modules make it possible to attach connections on either side and to integrate socket strips, adapters, power supply units, or other components. Special sets for up-side-down desks (table stand) are also available.

A flat, horizontal cable duct in two sizes, which can be used for connecting to aluminium profiles or to steel and wooden structures, is also new: this makes it possible to supply equipment such as divider walls, assembly workstations, whiteboards, and even cabinets and kitchens with the required cables.
