The latest generation of R+W torque limiters from Tandler Precision are more compact, weigh less and deliver an even longer service life than their forerunners. Optimised disc springs and the use of new wear-free materials has allowed couplings in the SK series to be reduced in size by 33% without compromising performance. Thanks to this development, even drives with limited space can take advantage of a standard solution for torque overload protection. These easy to install couplings cover an adjustment range of 0.1 to 2,800Nm, for shaft diameters from 4-100mm.
