Dot marking machine is highly configurable
A major introduction for Pryor Marking at the recent EMO exhibition was to newly enhanced Marktronic Multidot 3000 machine, a highly configurable, fully programmable dot-marking machine.
As a result of its robust modular construction the Marktronic Multidot 3000 is able to apply a high quality 2D Data Matrix mark to the user's own specification. A range of additional options are available including a VeriSmart mark verification camera, twin heads for faster production line marking, and full software to support database connectivity. The entire system provides a fully integrated part marking and verification solution for a range of engineering and manufacturing applications.
Further additions to the Pryor Marking range included the latest version of the Marktronic Integrator, offering a greater marking area with a faster marking speed and with the ability to be integrated by a robotic arm. This allows marking to be incorporated into existing manufacturing and production processes.
