For applications from transporting, lifting, turning or pushing loads, the SPG product range offers various possibilities for drive solutions, with products that include compact AC geared motors (the SG series) and brushless geared motors (the BLDC series).

The SPG SG series is available as a standard geared motor or a geared brake motor for a single-phase or three-phase supply. The motor powers available start at 6W up to 90W along with gearbox ratios of i=3 to i=2,000 (with additional intermediate gearbox). In addition, Lenze Selection offers motor powers of 120W-200W and their mating gearboxes available on special order. All geared motors have CE / UL/ cUL / CCC certification.

The BLDC range uses the latest motor technology for smaller sizes, higher efficiency and lower costs. Geared motors are available from 20W to 400W with rated speeds from 1.5 to 1,000 r/min. Economic servo-style motors suit dynamic speed control and can replace stepper drive. These brushless geared motors stand out when it comes to compact design, speed holding accuracy, and energy efficiency.

Lenze Selection will soon be updating its website to include the new SPG products, and will provide a conversion tool for an easy switch-over.
