Elegant and functional

The profiles have fixing slots which can be opened when necessary, and have an edge radius of just 1mm, meeting the needs of clean room applications. The smooth surface provides easy cleaning to the hygienic standards required in medical and pharmaceutical applications. 

The new G-profiles have the same cross sections of 40x40mm and 40x80mm as the typical construction profiles of the F-series. Fixing slots, screw holes and the ribs, increasing the moment of resistance, can be seen very well. The fixing slots, however, are closed which gives the profiles the look of an anodised rectangular section. On positions, where the fixing slot is intended to be used, the slot has to be uncovered using a peening tool. In this way, a slot stone can be inserted and can be used as if it were a shiftable drill-hole. 

A range of accessories is available, including 2- and 3-part butt hinges, lift-off hinges and caps, as well as angle brackets for supporting the profile joints, and they are typically used at the fixing slot. The accessories are RAL 9006 coloured and work very well with the anodised surfaces of the profile structures.
