Contrinex’s high-temperature rated Inductive sensors can operate to 230°C and sense at up to 25mm, whilst maintaining excellent performance due to their temperature stability.
The company says its high-temperature inductive sensors excel in every respect, being designed for continuous operation at temperatures up to 180°C, or up to 230°C using the versions which place their electronics remotely in a small module positioned two metres away along the sensor’s cable.
The high-temperature inductive range is suitable for the harshest environments, including automotive paint shops, metal-treatment plants and glass manufacturing, combining ultimate accuracy with world-class reliability.
Contrinex also offers extra temperature inductive sensors for lower temperature applications, with consistent temperatures of up to 120°C. These sensors offer an ideal solution for position and presence sensing where temperatures would damage a normal inductive sensor.
The stainless-steel construction and robust electronics of Contrinex extra temperature inductive sensors ensure reliable, accurate operation and minimal downtime in the most demanding environments.
