Miniature housing, high performance
Smaller, faster, more accurate: the contrast sensors FT 25-W and FT 25-RGB from SensoPart with hermetically-sealed miniature housing (IP67 and IP69K) are up to 15 times smaller than conventional print mark sensors, and still offer better performance data. The miniature sensors are also extremely fast and precise and very easy to set up. Typical areas of application are print mark detection in areas such as labelling and packaging machines, and in the food industry.
>The sensors achieve very high positioning accuracy and guarantee reliable detection even in very fast processes, due to a minimum jitter of 10_s and a switching frequency of up to 25kHz. Even very narrow print marks and vibrating or fluttering objects (such as paper webs or foils) are reliably detected by the bright light spot with a very sharp, oblong-shaped contour (1 x 4mm_) and a high depth of field (±3mm). This is of particular advantage with frequently changing contrast marks.
