New hypoid bevel and straight bevel gearboxes
Reliance Precision Mechatronics is proud to unveil a range of precision straight bevel and hypoid bevel gearboxes with high accuracy and high speed reduction ratios. They are ideal space saving solutions to difficult design restraints or restricted space envelopes where right angled motion is required, and are available with various mounting arrangements.
The hypoid bevel gearboxes offer high speed reduction ratios along with high efficiency in a fully sealed aluminium alloy casing, stainless steel shafting and ratios of 5:1 or 10:1 in the standard range. The Reliance straight bevel gearboxes are a simple, compact and maintenance free design and are available with ratios of 1:1 and 2:1, with either a single or double output shaft. Using high quality bevel gears the backlash of an assembled gearbox is within 15 arc minutes.
Precision gears, along with an extensive range of other standard mechatronic components including precision couplings, bearings and spacers, screws and hardware, shafts and accessories, and belts and pulleys, can all now be purchased from the Reliance Precision Mechatronics online store.
