New range of divisible conduits is ideal for retrofit applications
Flexicon has launched an extended range of divisible corrugated conduits (dual split conduits), which can be easily retrofitted to protect vulnerable or existing cabling that may be subject to mechanical damage.
Made from two interlocking slit corrugated conduits, divisible conduits are designed to protect cabling and enhance personal protection against electrical shock. The construction allows existing cabling to be inserted laterally via a slit opening, rather than being pulled through an open end as with a traditional conduit system. The two conduit profiles then interlock to form a double layer protection around the cables.
