Aluminium profiles enable improved logistics and handling

Minitec says its robust and sturdy modular profile system lends itself perfectly to custom built designs where the structure you are looking for has to fit within the physical environment of your operation – you can usually more easily adjust the design requirement of the product you are wanting than become embroiled in costly factory lay-out changes to accommodate new fixtures and fittings.

The profile system enables users to create the optimum, ergonomically designed assembly, storage and handling systems for a given operation, with examples including fixed or mobile workstations, and assembly line kitting stations.

At the heart of the Minitec system is the unique Powerlock fastening method which requires no specific preparation, pre-machining or special tools and uses standard off the shelf fasteners. The use of standard M8 fasteners reduces the cost of the overall package of profiles and locking system considerably compared with many other systems which incorporate brand specific locking systems. Thus the only tool required to set up or dismantle a system is an Allen Key.
