Camden and Balluff sign partnership agreement

Camden Electronics has signed a partnership agreement with Balluff that will see the Camden CE series of position, limit and safety switches available via Balluff's extensive field sales team. 

The agreement covers Camden's comprehensive range of limit and safety switches comprising some 500 lines encompassing plastic and metal switches actuated by direct, angular and multidirectional movement, pre-wired with connector or cable, reset types, pull-wire and tongue actuated. In addition to standard products, Balluff will also be able to supply customised Camden products to suit customer specifications and specialist needs.

Commenting on the agreement, Nicola Kay, Camden's owner, said, "We are delighted to have signed this agreement which will offer Balluff's customers in the factory and industrial automation sectors our complete range of CE limit and safety switches."

John Radford, Balluff's Managing Director, commented, "We are very pleased add Camden's extensive range of limit and safety switches which broadens still further our huge offering of factory and industrial automation products. The CE line provides additional synergy for our existing customers and will enable us to venture into new areas of business. This agreement will see Balluff committing to an increase in stock levels to improve availability and enable us to maintain a competitive pricing structure for the benefit of our customers in a wide range of industries. The Camden product lines will appeal to our many customers in the automotive, assembly, handling, mobile automation, packaging, printing, robotics and fluid power industries."
