Input or output signal: Your choiceThe new HiD2024 isolated barrier in Pepperl and Fuchs' H system product family is a 4-channel analogue module. The interface module provides increased flexibility in plant design. For each channel, the user can determine whether it is operated as a transmitter power supply (analogue in) or power driver (analogue out). Due to this dual function, you can choose whether you allocate specific channels for transmitter supply or control of I/P converters. This reduces the number of isolated barrier versions in your plant, as well as engineering and inventory costs during plant operation.
The HiD2024 is mounted on a termination board. Up to 32 analogue signals can be transferred in the smallest possible space. In addition, engineering times are reduced, as pre-assembled cables with multiple contact plugs can be used. Commissioning times are reduced since the compilation of documentation is simplified and fewer wiring faults occur. Device macros for EPLAN P8 simplify plant documentation and planning.
