New control electronics for integrated motors
Dunkermotoren has updated its industrial integrated motors with the launch of the BG65/BG66 dMove products. Mechanically interchangeable with the previous BG65, the new industrial DC servomotors feature all new control electronics enabling functions to be assigned to the digital inputs – from simple speed controlling via analouge input or fixed speed via digital inputs to combinations of current and speed control.
It is possible to integrate dMove versions as slaves in CANopen networks and to control them via profile CiA 402 or even simpler programming via Dunkermotoren quick start commands. Here, all functionalities include positioning, speed and current operation are available. Further, in addition to the electronics upgrade, the motor was optimised to reach higher output power. All of these new features provide enhanced performance in a very cost effective package.
