New highly efficient roller conveyor runs smoothly The latest addition to the tried-and-tested item Line D30 profile tube system - the newly developed Roller Conveyor 6 40x40 E - offers numerous advantages. Made from aluminium, it resists deflection thanks to a much higher resistance moment than is found in conventional steel roller conveyors. As a result, it keeps supplies rolling in smoothly from the flow racks, even when things get really busy. Full, long-term functionality, excellent load-carrying capacity and a great price combine to produce a roller conveyor that is exceptionally cost efficient.

The low-noise, gentle rolling motion ensures that individual articles and containers are transported safely, while the close spacing of the roller axles means that even small objects can be transported with ease. To stop objects falling off, the roller conveyor can be fitted with optional aluminium guide rails that attach to grooves on the side (658.70 and 658.72). Because it features a Line 6 groove, the roller conveyor can be combined with a large selection of accessories from the MB Building Kit System.

Just like all the other components in the Line D30 profile tube system, the roller conveyor is exceptionally easy to assemble and can be fitted in next to no time. Non-machined connections, simple joining and an intuitive design principle are all key features of this product group.
