Rubber wheeled castors from ElesaElesa is delighted to include both the RE.E2 industrial castor and the RE.C7 anti-marking castor in their range featuring vulcanised rubber tyres. The RE.E2 is a high performing light duty castor with soft wheels suited to most flooring types. It is excellent on tiles, asphalt, cement-resin, expanded metal or even unpaved floor areas where its' smooth operation and good grip levels will be greatly appreciated.
The RE.E2 features vulcanised rubber wheels mounted on a polypropylene technopolymer centre with a precision tube axle set and zinc plated bracket assembly including a dual ball race configuration. It is available with or without total lock brakes which lock both the wheel and bracket rotation. Fixed wheel bracket castors, and castor wheels alone without brackets are available if required. Standard castor fitment includes 4 hole plates or central studs to suit the application. Dynamic load capacities range from 650N to 2250N.
For more specialist applications the RE-C7 is a high quality item, with its grey anti-marking vulcanised rubber tyres, thread guard, dual race ball bearing bracket and total lock option which is likely to meet requirements for use in general public utilities, e.g. hospitals, offices, light industrial settings, even in domestic environments.
The RE.C7 is available as fixed, rotating bracket and rotating/total lock configurations and in wheel sizes of 50, 60 and 80mm. Overall installation heights are 67, 83 and 104mm. Fitting is by means of 4 hole plate or stud in M8 or M12 sizes and so is suitable for trolleys or furniture etc in the public arena, as well as for industrial equipment.
