Sensors are hygienically fused with the system
InoxSens from Wenglor is an ingenious solution that fuses sensor and machine technology, providing users with sensors that fulfil special requirements for industrial hygiene and cleaning. The sensor functions are integrated into an extremely rugged housing made of top quality stainless steel.

All InoxSens products are water-proof and fully resistant to chemicals. InoxSens sensors aren't even intimidated by high pressure cleaning systems. InoxSens optical sensors, as well as other components included in the InoxSens system such as mounting tubes and brackets, supplement the InoxSens range. Fabian Baur, Wenglor managing director, says: "The InoxSens system perfectly unites functionality and design with the specified industry requirements."

The laser welded housing is made of top quality V4A stainless steel which is corrosion-free and resistant to cleaning agents. The optics made of glass or plastic are attached in a captive fashion.

When the sensors are installed or adjusted, they retain their gap-free unity with the machine. They're mounted in a seamless fashion by means of mounting tubes with the screwless InoxLock system. Even sensor adjustment is hygienic: adjustment is accomplished in a capacitive manner through the housing with a touch teach-in.
