The energy saving benefits of the latest air motor products

The unique features and energy saving benefits of the Huco Dynatork air motors have prompted their take-up way beyond traditional, hazardous environment markets. Their ability to provide controllable speed and torque as well as instant stop-start considerably enhances their scope of application. And these factors are complemented by far less energy consumption by comparison with vane motors. They also emit very little noise and are suitable for operation in clean environments.

Now a new publication on the Huco Dynatork air motors provides further details of these characteristics and summarises the wide choice of options available within the range. It also shows how the product has been substantially re-designed, a development that has additionally resulted in the streamlining of the helical, planetary and worm gearbox assemblies. Speed, torque and position control options complete the publication.

The air motors range comprises three basic sizes in aluminium as standard, cast iron for harsh environments and acetal for the food and drug industries. The motors can be either for lubricated or non-lubricated operation, and can operate fully submerged, which opens up further application possibilities.
