The Lenze online Advent Calendar is all about motion centric automation

The Lenze online Advent Calendar is all about motion centric automation
It simulates a juggler with robotics and mechanical handling in a high rack storage system. The Lenze online Advent Calendar is busy handling 24 baubles, one for each day leading up to Christmas. The intention is to present the concept of motion centric automation in a way that is interesting and fun, whilst at the same time giving the opportunity to win one or more from 1111 Christmas gifts.

Each day from December 1st clicking on the bauble opens a page with the opportunity to enter a draw for the day's prize, and to download a case study. The case studies illustrate the theme of motion centric automation where the key functions of the machine depend on precise motion in several axes. Each study presents an application, for example tension control, and explains how the Lenze concept benefited the customer and reduced costs.

In total there are 1111 prizes to the won, often festive and sometimes bizarre. You can only enter the draw on the actual day. In addition there is a chance to win one of six main prizes - Kindle wireless 3G readers. The draw for the main prizes requires entrants to gather clues from three earlier days.

The Lenze Advent Calendar is open to current and prospective business customers in the UK and the rest of Europe. Log on to every day from 1st December to find out more about motion centric automation and to win a prize.
