Reliable measurement over long distances
Sensors UK introduces a range of long distance lasers which boast excellent reliability through 100% testing of the manufacturing process. The range of DIMETIX lasers offer measurements from 0-30m up to a 500m range with repeatability to only ±0.3mm. All have a rugged metal enclosure rated to IP65 for use in even the harshest environments.
Depending upon the application, Sensors UK can offer a wide choice of output options such as a programmable 4-20mA or RS232C output and SSI. There are also three digital outputs, two of which can be programmed as relay alarms. The long distance laser sensors are suitable for both dynamic and static applications. They can be used to measure distance, level and position, and to detect motion.
