ROLEC's fast fit aluCLIC diecast enclosures now rated to IP 69K
ROLEC's fast-fit aluCLIC diecast aluminium enclosures for industrial electronics are now available with optional IP 69K ingress protection. They are also rated IP 66 and IP 67.
IP 69K protection makes aluCLIC ideal for applications involving regular high-temperature, high-pressure spraydowns: food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, automotive, and heavy machinery in mining or construction.
Robust aluCLIC features a snap lock on the underside, enabling the enclosure to click into place on a discreet fastening element that can be attached easily to walls, ceilings or machine housings. This enables aluCLIC to be mounted quickly, even when the lid is fitted - protecting the electronics in challenging environments. The enclosure can be swiftly disengaged from the fastening element so it can be exchanged in an instant.
All the assembly screws are concealed on the underside. This creates more space on the lid for a generous recess to protect a membrane keypad, product label or front plate. The recessed area spans virtually the whole of the lid.
The aluCLIC range comprises three sizes from 90 x 130 x 70 mm to 130 x 200 x 70 mm in light grey (RAL 7035) as standard. The snap-on fastening element is black (RAL 9005) POM. Options and accessories for aluCLIC include mounting plates, terminal blocks, cable glands, cross rails, DIN rails, and a corrosion-proof coating in azure blue (RAL 5009).
ROLEC can supply aluCLIC fully customised. Services include CNC machining, engraving, powder coating, painting, printing, display windows, EMC shielding and assembly.
