Screw reduces cycle times
Arnold Umformtechnik has launched a new screw for cross threading applications. The MA Thread screw ensures short cycle times by minimising failures, repairs, scrap and downtime during assembly. It also reduces the risk of injury to assembly workers when making screw connections with through hole.

The special dog point design ensures optimum feed into the application. As the threads come into contact MA Thread begins to cam over the female thread. The MA Thread design forces the two thread helixes to align every time without fail.
