Specialty lubricants combined with analysis and maintenance services

Among the highlights are the Wind Turbine Maintenance Toolbox and LuCA (Lubricant Condition Analysis), which complement the specialty lubricant portfolio with practical solutions for maintenance and condition monitoring.

The Wind Turbine Maintenance Toolbox comprises specialized solutions for a wide range of maintenance tasks - from flushing and rescue greases for cleaning and stabilising bearings, to gearbox oil boosters for extending oil service life and cleaners for rotor blades. The toolbox helps operators align maintenance activities with the actual condition of their turbines, extend component lifetime, avoid unplanned downtime and maintain high energy output.

Alongside the Wind Turbine Maintenance Toolbox, Kluber Lubrication will also present LuCA (Lubricant Condition Analysis). LuCA uses oil and grease analyses to assess lubricant condition, enabling changes in lubricant and equipment condition to be detected at an early stage. This allows maintenance activities to be planned proactively and efficiently.
